AIB - American Institute of Baking www.aibonline.org
On February 6, 2006, Hesco, Inc received an AIB score of 915. That score qualifies us an an AIB “Superior” facility. Areas included in the audit are: Adequuacy of Food Safety Program, Pest Control, Operational Methods and Personnel Practices, Maintenance for Food Safety, and Cleaning Practices.

QAI - Quality Assurance International - Organic Certification www.qai-inc.com
Certifies that Dakota Natural Products meet or exceed all standards required for labeling a product “organic.”

EU - European Union Certification
Certifies that the products have been approved for exportation to the European Union.

Kosher Certified Products
Certifies that the products contain no meat or dairy ingredients and can be appropriately used in kosher food products.
